Two Quit TMF For JTC Group

Jersey-based JTC Group has made two senior appointments. Iain Johns joins as head of international development and Paul Weir joins as director – private client services. Both are newly-created roles.

Johns joins from TMF Group, where he was global head of private clients, a member of the global executive committee and managing director of TMF Jersey. He will be focusing on JTC’s international expansion plans and helping to develop a platform to provide clients with a tailored global offering.

Weir also joins from TMF Jersey, where he was head of private clients, providing multi-jurisdictional solutions for high net worth individuals.

“Both Iain and Paul have good reputations within the industry and solid international experience. They further strengthen our management team, which is becoming increasingly global, and will contribute to our growth strategy and expansion plans,” Nigel Le Quesne, JTC Group CEO and chairman, said in a statement.
